Higher educational institute in North Caucasus restricts students' clothing

The Academic Council of Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University (PSLU) has banned students and teachers from entering its buildings wearing a hijab, with piercings or a bare midriff, the institute's rector Aleksandr Gorbunov told students,  YUGA.ru reports. He added that the university's guards had been told to stop anyone with bare feet or aggressive religious elements.
