Ilham Aliyev approves agreement between Azerbaijan, Afghanistan

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving the agreement signed in Baku July 15 between Azerbaijan and Afghanistan on military assistance, APA reports.

The State Border Service has been instructed to ensure the fulfillment of provisions of the agreement.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall notify the government of Afghanistan of the implementation of internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of the agreement.
