Georgia intends to continue purchasing weapons from Ukraine

Georgia will continue to buy arms from Ukraine, despite protests from
Russia, the Deputy Prime Minister and the State Minister for European
Integration, Giorgi Baramidze, said in an interview to "Expert
Ukraine", RIA Novosti reports.

During the military conflict in South Ossetia in the summer of 2008
the Russian authorities accused Kiev of illegal arms supplies to
Georgia.
