Over 600 weapons confiscated in Caucasus since the beginning of the year

During first 8 months of this year over 600 illegal weapons were confiscated in the North Caucasus Federal District, district's Interior Ministry reported.

According to the report, from January to August, the police confiscated over 600 weapons, including 158 automatic rifles, 11 machine guns, 60 rifles, more than 63 carbines, 77 grenade launchers, as well as about 158,000 ammo.
