Kazakhstan's Aktobe City Court convicted the director of 'Pallada' gun shop, which was attacked in July.

Director of 'Pallada' gun shop was found guilty of committing crime under Article 254 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (negligent attitude to his duties) and sentenced for one year," the Court reported.

According to the investigators, terrorists that attacked shop were able to use weapons from it because there were no special steel cables, which prevent stealing.
