AK Party politician killed by PKK in Turkey's Dicle

A ruling Justice and Development (AK) Party politician Deryan Aktert was killed by PKK terrorists in the Dicle district of southeastern Diyarbakir province Monday night, according to security sources.

The sources who spoke on condition of anonymity due to restrictions on talking to the media said PKK terrorists opened fire on Aktert in Dicle while he was at his workplace.

An investigation was launched to hunt the terrorists after the attack, the Anadolu Agency reports.
