Authorized presidential envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District congratulates citizens

Alexander Khloponin, authorized presidential envoy to the North
Caucasian Federal District has congratulated citizens on the coming
New Year.

“It is a bright, kind and merry holiday which is associated with
childhood, happiness and joy. Everyone is trying to be in the bosom of
their families, among relatives and people close to their hearts. It
is important to have a warm and hospitable house with children's
laughter and people understanding each other. I wish this to all the
citizens of the North Caucasus – our hospitable part of Russia, rich
with talented and beautiful people.

We are all Russians. This is why I would like to wish faith in Russia,
pride in our country, in which we were lucky to be born in and live,
to be strengthened in 2011. I wish to have peace and agreement come to
our land and never leave it. I wish creative processes would fully
replace the destructive ones. I wish all the people in the North
Caucasus to have a comfortable and secure life. And most importantly,
I wish our children will grow in friendship, love, agreement and with
a confident look to the future.

I wish comfort and wealth to your houses, spiritual comfort, happiness
and health to your families.

A bright, clear, generous New Year to all people on Earth,” Khloponin
said in his congratulations.
