Russian Labor Ministry hopes for restoration of real incomes in 2018

Russian Minister of Labor and Social Protection, Maxim Topilin, said that he hopes for the restoration of real incomes of the population by the end of 2018. 

While he believes revenue growth will begin already in 2017.

According to Rosstat, in January-August 2016 the real incomes of Russians decreased by 5.8%.
