South Ossetian parliament receives bomb threat
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaOn Wednesday all the staff were evacuated from the parliament building of South Ossetia because of a bomb threat, RIA Novosti reports.
An anonymous call said that the building was mined and ready to explode. The speaker of parliament, Stanislav Kochiev, adjourned the session and insisted on leaving the building immediately.
At the moment military bomb-disposal experts are working in thebuilding. The press secretary of the president, Vyacheslav Sedov, stated that there is no need to panic, as all services are working at the normal level. He also believes that it was a false alarm.
