Iran ready for closer cooperation with EU

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that his country is willing to broaden the scope of cooperation with the European Union in all fields, Kuwait News Agency reported.

Speaking while welcoming visiting European Union (EU) foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini, Rouhani hoped that Iran and the EU would make use of their existing opportunities to expand bilateral cooperation in line with their interests.
