US ambassador to Kazakhstan in temporary capacity

The temporarily acting ambassador of the USA to Kazakhstan will be John Ordway, Trend reports.

He will be acting in the office until the White House nominates and the Senate affirms the nominee of the next US ambassador to Kazakhstan.

Ordway used to be the ambassador before Richard Hougland. Hougland still remains in Kazakhstan. He was ambassador since 2008.
