OSCE monitoring near Tartar district passes without incidents
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe OSCE monitoring held on the line of contact between the Azerbaijani and Armenian troops passed without incidents, Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry said.
The monitoring was held on November 10 under the mandate of the OSCE chairperson-in-office personal representative in the direction of Azerbaijan’s Tartar town.
On the Azerbaijani side, the monitoring was held by field assistants of the OSCE chairperson-in-office personal representative Gennady Petrica and Simon Tiller.
On the Azerbaijani territories occupied and controlled by Armenian armed forces, the monitoring was carried out by field assistants of the OSCE chairperson-in-office personal representative Hristo Hristov and Jiri Aberle, Trend reports.
