Iran seeks to renew its vehicle pool

The Head of Roads and Road Transport Organization, Shahryar
Efendi-zade, said in an interview with Mehr said that in 2010-2015 the
average age of vehicles in Iran will be reduced to 10 years.

Currently, the average life of buses is 12.8 years and life of trucks
- 16.8 years.
