Armenian Culture Ministry initiates creation of pan-Armenian symphony orchestra

Armenian Minister of Culture Armen Amiryan introduced to President Serzh Sargsyan the report on development of Armenian culture in the country and beyond its borders, the press service of the president said.

During the meeting they discussed issues of implementation of the offers for the best representation of Armenia in the international platforms.

Armen Amiryan suggested to create pan-Armenian symphony orchestra which will include Armenian talented compatriots from around the world, News.am reports.

The first concert can be held on April 24, 2017 in Yerevan after which the orchestra will perform in a number of cities having large Armenian communities.
