Zakharova: it is pleasant that Moscow and Baku provide positive agenda in this difficult time

The high level of relations between Azerbaijan and Russia remains stable and is secured with long-standing friendship between the two countries’ peoples, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told a briefing today.

“The high level of relations was established by our leaders and confirmed by relevant documents,” Zakharova stressed.

“It is particularly pleasant that in this difficult time for the whole world, we carry out interesting and socially important activities, which strengthen not only bilateral relations, but also provide an overall positive agenda of international relations,” she added.
