Vladimir Putin to meet with businessmen

Today, Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold a traditional meeting with representatives of Russian business circles.

The president will discuss a plan of reaching a higher growth rate than the global rates by 2020 with businessman, a source familiar with the agenda of the upcoming meeting said.

The President, addressing the Federal Assembly, instructed the Government to develop a substantive plan for the development of the economy for the period up to 2025 together with Russian business associations, which will allow the country to reach a higher growth rate than the global rates in 2019-2020.
