Abkhazia and South Ossetia to open bus service with Russia

South Ossetia plans to open direct bus transport with Russia and Abkhazia.

According to RSO News, the direct bus transport will connect
Tskhinvali with Moscow, Pyatigorsk, Volgograd, Mineralniye Vody,
Rostov and Sukhumi. The head of the South Ossetian road transport
department, Sergey Valiyev, said 15 new buses will be provided.

There are currently 52 buses available. There is a bus service between
Tskhinvali and Vladikavkaz.
