Pushkov: Russia's return to PACE depends on abolition of EU sanctions

Senator Alexey Pushkov said that the return of Russian delegation to PACE may happen if the anti-Russian sanctions of the European Union will be abolished.

"When Brussels will decide to move away from anti-Russian sanctions, then major changes in PACE will be begin," he stressed.
