Rouhani: Iranian people stay loyal to Islamic Revolution course

Addressing crowds in Tehran, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said the nationwide rallies marking the 38th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution were a message to the White House that Iran would not abandon their revolution and aspirations of the late Imam Khomeini and the Islamic leadership.

The marchers “are telling the world” to “speak to the Iranian nation with respect,” Rouhani said, adding that anyone confronting Iran will “regret” their aggressive policies, IRNA reports.
