Azerbaijan to celebrate 90th anniversary of Mstislav Rostropovich

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on holding events dedicated to the 90th anniversary of legendary cellist Mstislav Rostropovich.

Ministry of Culture and Tourism was instructed to prepare the plan of events.
