Armenia adopts arms licensing law

The Armenian government has approved a law on the licensing arms
trading, News Armenia reports.

The Police Chief of Armenia Alik Sargsyan said that the document
regulates the terms, process and rules of arms trading. The license
for arms trading is issued by the police only to legal bodies.

The license cannot be handed to other people. Arms trading can only be
carried out in places listed in the license.

The license lasts 3 years.
