Village council head killed in Dagestan

Rabadan Rabadanov, head of the Verkhniye Ubeki village of Levashin
District in Dagestan, was shot dead at his house in his yard last
night, Interfax cites the press-service of the Dagestani Ministry of
Interior Affairs as saying.
