MOE announces avalanche danger in Kuban and three republics of the North Caucasus

There is a high risk of avalanches in four regions of southern Russia, the press service of the Southern Regional Center of Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.

Rescuers warn about high probability of emergency situations, associated with damage to buildings, communication and power lines, infrastructure facilities.
