Explosion in Dagestani town of Khasavyurt

Four people were killed and five wounded in an explosion at the White
Nights cafe in Khasavyurt (Dagestan), RIA Novosti reports.

According to a source of RIA Novosti in the law-enforcement agencies,
the explosive device was attached either to a parked car outside the
cafe, or underneath the cafe, based on preliminary data.
