China to build new roads to Russia

The authorities of China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are going to invest about $15 billion to build new roads in 2017.

It's noted that funds will be used to build roads to the cities of Manchuria and Eren-Hoto "to improve communication with Russia and Mongolia."
