Crimea adapted to Russia by 95%, Aksenov says

In three years, Crimea has adapted to the legal field of the Russian Federation by 95%, the head of the region, Sergei Aksenov, said.

"The transition period in the legal field has been practically finished. In my opinion, today we are by 95% adapted to the legal field of the Russian Federation," he said.

At the same time, Aksenov noted that "according to the certain norms and positions," the transition period was extended until 2020.
