"The Israel is Our Home party is distinguished from all other parties that generate new ideas, but then 'merge' with other parties,'' the party's leader Avigdor Lieberman told the fourth party congress in Jerusalem. Lieberman reminded about the program for the exchange of territories and population, about the plan for a regional settlement, pension reform, 90% mortgages, the principle of 'no citizenship without loyalty'. "Don't get me wrong. We have no gripes. On the contrary, we are pleased that everybody follows us, trying to implement our ideas," Lieberman said.

According to the head of Israel is Our Home, people stopped asking him why the party didn't join the coalition. "It should not need to be explained to anybody today. Everyone understands it. A wild outburst of terror has been continuing for five months, which has taken more than 30 people's lives. Hundreds have been wounded. The restoration of Hamas' diversion tunnels is in full swing. And the government cannot even solve the issue of compensation to Israel as a result of the agreement signed by the United States and Iran. Housing prices continue to increase significantly. The universal conscription law was cancelled,'' Lieberman said.

The chairman of Yisrael Beiteinu expressed the opinion that the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, is totally dependent on ultra-Orthodox parties and implicitly meets all of their requirements. All signed agreements apply not only to the Knesset of the 20th convocation, but also all subsequent ones.

"This means that the interests of the ultra-Orthodox will prevail over the interests of other parties in any future coalition. Moreover, the Haredim will have the right of veto. Netanyahu won't reject religious parties at any price and he will always unconditionally meet all their requirements,'' Lieberman said. He also expressed confidence that during the next elections "Netanyahu's propaganda machine will try to re-launch a massive brainwashing, putting pressure on Yisrael Beiteinu." "Netanyahu and his people are trying to intimidate supporters of the national camp into preventing him from creating a right-wing government after the elections. First of all, Netanyahu has no relation neither to the right, nor to the national camp. Those who support the disengagement and vote for him in the Knesset just take away votes from the right and hold absolutely left-wing politics. Netanyahu is not ready to fight terror. He is not ready to build in the settlement blocks and Jewish neighborhoods of Jerusalem. He refuses to introduce the death penalty for terrorists and support the law that prevents the interference of Supreme Court decisions with decisions of the Central Electoral Commission. Netanyahu is the most prominent representative of the 'israblefa' camp," Avigdor Lieberman said.

The leader of Yisrael Beiteinu also reminded about the events that occurred on the threshold of the past elections and immediately after them, "I mean the Prime Minister's hysterical screams: "A lot of Arabs were brought by buses to the polls." But immediately after the election, he apologized and invited Ayman Odeh, Jamal Zahalka and the entire company to his office, where he received them with great pomp, a radiant smile and pats on their shoulders. Then he worked out a five-year plan together with them and transferred 15 billion shekels to the Arab sector. That is why I say Mr. Prime Minister: "We do not trust you!"

The head of Yisrael Beiteinu promised that the party will never be a part of the left-wing coalition. Addressing Netanyahu, he declared: "We will never say that what you see here is not visible out there. We are the real right, the genuine national camp. We are. Not you. We will support a government and Prime Minister who will give a commitment to eliminate terrorism. We will succeed in conducting pension reform by the government. We require fulfillment of all the promises that you generously gave all the Russian-speaking community in all the Russian mass media on the threshold of the elections, but forgot the next day after the elections. You promised, but failed to implement."

Avigdor Lieberman expressed confidence that a right-wing government will be created after the next elections with or without Netanyahu. "More and more people realize that there is an alternative and a national camp government may be create without Netanyahu. Moreover, it is understood even in Likud. Believe me, ministers, MPs and activists of Likud have conversations with me more often than with the head of their own party," Lieberman said.

The chairman of the NDI party severely criticized the government's capitulation to terror and its inability to rein it, saying that the best defense is to attack. He also noted that it is necessary to restore the constraint factor in order that nobody wanted to attack Israel together with either Hamas or Hezbollah. "It is necessary to strike at all the three sources – the ideological, financial and operational in order to defeat terrorism. First of all, it is necessary to take the following steps in order to return to the practice of targeted liquidations: stop transferring money to Abu Mazen, expel families of terrorists to the Gaza Strip; deprive those Arabs in East Jerusalem who are involved in terror of their right of residence, as well as their families; to authorize family reunification solely on the Palestinian side, but not in Israel; demolish not only suicide killers’ homes, but also those who tried to commit terrorist attacks; tighten sanctions against illegal immigrants and their employers; adopt a law on the death penalty for terrorists; stop the practice of the transfer of bodies of terrorists to their families; declare a state of emergence, as was done in France if necessary,’’ Avigdor Lieberman said.

"We not only understand it much better than the others, but also we are able to implement it much better. Therefore, we must do everything possible in order that the Israel is Our Home party could become a major factor in the future of the coalition to ensure its national character. We must become a key factor in order to regain the security of Israeli citizens and ensure a better future for our children. The large and strong IOH party is a strong and stable State of Israel,’’ Avigdor Lieberman concluded.

Deputies of the Azerbaijani parliament, a member of the Foreign Relations Committee and inter-parliamentary relations, including Israel, Rasim Musabekov, and the deputy chairman of the Parliamentary Labour and Social Policy Committee, Rauf Aliyev, became honored guests at the convention. It should also be noted that about fifteen people from Azerbaijan are among members of the center of the OHI party. The majority of them are members of the AzIs Board of the International Association Israel-Azerbaijan.
