The Chinese leader said that in military matters it is necessary to act on a warning. The armed forces of the country, he said, should understand the importance of advanced technologies and promote research in this area. Xi asked to develop strategies based on advanced military technologies. The army must develop ‘unique advantages in some key areas,’ the head of the Chinese state said. According to the Xinhua news agency, Xi Jinping ordered the formation of a system of military theory that is modern and has a guiding and unique character, in order to support the strong and dynamically developing armed forces of China.
The powerful army of China is determined to be built on the basis of a strong economy. Beijing is confident that the slowdown in its growth will not affect China's importance for the global economy. As suggested by the director of the Center for the Asia and Pacific Region of the MIRBIS Business University, Professor Natalia Pecheritsa, China has entered a new era that resulted in a change of quality: ‘’The quantitative indicators, at which the entire domestic economy, politics, the country's strategy has been aimed, its management has been concentrated on the achievement of certain economic indicators. The Chinese economy’s growth fell to 6.9%, but the growth rates of GDP per capita are ahead of those projected. This suggests that the Chinese economy and Chinese society have entered a completely new stage of development."
However, Pecheritsa urged to remember that China belongs to a single world economic system: "The changes that have occurred in the world in recent years: the global economic crisis and the unpredictable situation with migrants in Europe have changed the picture of the world, both in the distribution of the workforce, as well as in the distribution of production of capacity and various macroeconomic indicators.
