New world order at Primakov Readings forum

June 26 marks the Day of Remembrance of Yevgeny Primakov - politician, diplomat, prime minister, head of foreign ministry and intelligence service, academician, who earned a reputation as a defender of Russia's interests. The Primakov Readings forum scheduled for June 29-30 will be dedicated to this date.

President of the Institute of World Economy and International Relations, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Dynkin, said that the international expert forum will discuss the formation of a new world order: "We would like to bear on court of the world's leading experts a number of our conclusions and also listen to them. Already 45 world-class experts have confirmed their participation. They represent 20 countries of the world. We will discuss the risks in the sphere of international security, as well as the challenges for the world economy, social issues, which are associated with the new technological revolution."

Primakov Readings, which we held in 2016, took the ninth place in the world rating of such conferences. The Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program conducts a rating of such world conferences, and the Munich conference takes first place, and  as a whole there are 60 conferences. For the first time, the Russian conference was included in the world rating," Dynkin said.

According to him, Sergei Lavrov, Henry Kissinger and Alexei Kudrin will address the Primakov Readings. "The whole world is waiting for the outcome of the meeting of the presidents of Russia and the United States. Henry Kissinger's visit a week before this possible meeting is not accidental. "
