We must understand that we cannot reduce political solutions to economic expediency. If the integration of Russia in the framework of the Eurasian Economic Community is a matter of principal, the principal is the policy aimed at integration, even in the current crisis. No alternatives are possible to be invented, you cannot come up with a cunning plan for how to connect the unconnected, and if we are able and learn to use the resources, we can mix the negative consequences, we can reduce some of the risks, but in any case it depends on how we are focused on achieving the political primarily results,’ Bruter said.
According to him, the trade relations between Russia and the EAEC with the EU as a whole, as relations with its main economic partner should be reviewed, "They cannot remain as they are, because they are in fact unequal. If energy is exchanged for consumer goods, the economy will never get out of this circle, and it should come out of it. It has to come out of it, and, within different directions.
