The greatest relic of Islam, a hair of the Prophet Muhammad, was brought to the new complex of the Moscow Cathedral Mosque. Muslims from different regions of the country arrived in Moscow to witness this historic event. To see the hair of the Prophet Mohammed in the mosque will be possible through the armored glass showcase on the days of major religious holidays for a few days in a year.
This gift was presented by the Head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov. The relic was brought by a special flight from the mosque ‘Heart of Chechnya’ to Moscow by the spiritual leader of the Russian Muslims, the Chairman of the Council of Muftis of Russia and the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Russian Federation, Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gainutdin.
“The present day is a new era for us, a new story, this means that a piece of our Prophet Muhammad whom we love is with us. It happened that today the grace of our Prophet arrived in Moscow for eternal storage. There will be peace and harmony in our Moscow, well-being and prosperity, friendship between peoples and religions. And that means that there is grace, a piece of the Prophet of the world in the capital of the multi-ethnic, multi-religious state, then there will be peace in our country, grace in our state, God will give us his infinite mercy, we pray to our Lord of the worlds, the Almighty Allah to grant health, happiness, success, prosperity, welfare, prosperity, peace and friendship between the peoples living on the earth to all of us,” Sheikh Ravil Gainutdin said.
