It would be right to revoke the citizenship of those who are leaving any region of the country to join the ranks of terrorist organizations. And not allow them back to Russia."
According to Kadyrov, in Chechnya there are no Islamic State bases: "those shaitans cannot count on anything and in the Chechen Republic there will not be their bases, branches or even the spirit of them."
Speaking of a recruitment into the ranks of ISIS, Mufti of the Moscow and Central region, member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, Albir Krganov noted that "These newly converted Muslims, who come to Islam, are getting into the hands of the trainers in a very strange way, in some marginalized groups, by marginalized religious leaders.They do not go to the official religious structures, do not go to the official imams that we have. According to Mufti, it is difficult to recognize people who lead such an activity: "some religious leaders in the field occupy a very comfortable position, just not noticing the problem, they say that those are also religious people, they want to study Islam, but they will not let us, supposedly, though. The imam is forced to have such an agreement with them that, supposedly, I do not notice what you are doing.’’
It is obvious that the problem went beyond the competence of the religious leaders. ‘’There should be a serious alternative. Young people who sincerely believe must see a healthy wing of the religious activists. After all, what's happening? You see that this group is doing everything so the authority of the traditional clergy in these areas is going down as much as possible, that they could offer a new idea, the new leaders. ... Ideological work must be deployed, and in the media it is also necessary to straighten the image of Muslims, because Muslims are not those who kill every day, which is drummed into the brains of average people, these are people, ethnic Muslim people of Russia, who together with other nations have built a state, have defended the fatherland, " reminds Krganov.
