Philippe de Villiers, the founder of France’s Puy de Fou International SAS, plans to build a theme park in Crimea. He has praised Vladimir Putin and criticized the U.S. and the EU in an interview with Le Figaro.
“I was impressed by the charisma of the state leader, the broadness of his views, his attention to cultural exchange,” said Villiers, describing his meeting with the Russian president.
According to Villiers, the Puy de Fou park in Crimea will be built for peace between Russia and Europe. He condemned the sanctions of the EU and the U.S. against Russia. “The history of Europe should not be written on the American continent,” noted the businessman, emphasizing that Europe should not break ties with Russia.
“Vladimir is a patriotic, farsighted and decisive state leader,” said de Villiers. In his words, some people in France say: “Today, France needs guys like Putin, not Hollande.”
In general, the businessman said that the United States was acting “unwisely.” “It is not enough for the U.S. to see Ukraine as part of NATO, its final goal is the ousting of Putin to suppress Russia and impose the ideology of multiculturalism, globalism and consumerism on it,” assures de Villiers.
The businessman believes that constant wars are the only way the U.S. can serve its giant governmental debt.
