The US publication AXIS OF LOGIC writes in today's issue about the double standards of Obama's attitude to Russia. More and more US experts are wondering why the US president first attacked Russia and then accused it of protecting its interests?
The thing is that after Barack Obama was selected for a second term, his diplomatic corps developed a plan that the main enemy of the United States had become global jihadism, and in the event of an emergency this enemy would be Russia. Military conflicts in the Middle East with the direct participation of America did not bring the results expected by the state governments. The economy faltered and military aggression was condemned by the world community. At the same time, while the US government was engaged in "unleashing problems" of Middle Eastern countries, Russia and Europe became closer, pushing America more and more over the edge of the global economy. What could the United States do? Initiate plan B.
Therefore, the use of another country to achieve its goals (in this case Ukraine) is not surprising for the United States. Obama knew that Putin somehow would support the interests of the population of the neighboring country and will in any way defend the borders of his country. And this is what the Russian president has been accused of. The fact that he is defending his people.
What in this situation was Europe doing? Trying to be careful. The relationships that have developed in recent years with Russia have been very productive, but not long-lasting. While the relationship with the US is much stronger. One should also not forget the fact that the EU is in fact a fairly unstable Commonwealth of countries, where there is no agreement even among neighboring states. Therefore, Russia had to get out of this situation almost without the support of the world community. However, in this case it is necessary only to admire the endurance of the Russian leader, who in spite of the cunning plan of the United States continues to be a powerful player on the world political arena.
US financial magazine Bloomberg View published an article today entitled 'Russia is growing, despite the sanctions'. What were the sanctions imposed for? So Russia bowed its head and admitted defeat. However, despite all the efforts of the international community to achieve this, Moscow managed to maintain a balance in the economic sector. Starting from January 2015, investors are returning to Russia in time to notice that the ruble has stabilized, and the Russian market is very attractive for capital allocation.
The fact is that even with fluctuations in the Russian national currency
, investors have a better chance to make a profit in Russia than in Europe, for example, countries where they lose their money because of the internal debt of the European Community.
In addition, some of the world allowed the isolation of Russian companies to increase production compared with their European counterparts, which resulted in additional income for entrepreneurs. Instead of forcing Russia to panic, the sanctions provoked a growth state.
And do not forget also that through active partnerships with countries such as Iran, Turkey and Egypt, Russia is far from bowing its head.
