The Voice of America: "Moscow continues entering into new contracts around the world"

The Voice of America writes about a new Russian partner. Despite the sanctions, which were intended to break the Russian economy, Moscow continues actively entering into new contracts with business partners around the world. This time it was the turn of Africa. Draft State University, as well as the development of platinum deposits on the agenda as for the Russian as well as for  the African side.

After a long period of cooperation between Russia and the EU countries, time came for  the development of relations with the countries of Asia and Africa. From an economic and strategic point of view, this kind of alliances will be very effective, and all thanks to earlier sanctions, which were imposed. Many countries in Africa are Russia's traditional partners in military-technical cooperation, and are familiar with the quality of Russian manufacturers. Moscow is actively cooperating with Angola, Nigeria, Mozambique, Namibia, Tanzania and Equatorial Guinea, and strive to develop relations with Kenya, Rwanda, Djibouti and Ethiopia.

In addition to the strategic partnership, the country is also going to develop  civil projects as well.

According to today's edition of the American newspaper International Business Times, the Finnish government warns that the expansion of NATO could have a negative impact on relations with Russia. Finnish Foreign Minister said that Russia is concerned about NATO's plans, but from Finland itself there is no threat to the Russian population.

As part of the EU, Finland intends to develop relations with Russia, despite the sanctions. How do you respond the European Community is not yet known, but more and more countries are inclined towards Russia, as they see it a powerful partner who confidently follows its political course. Finland is also a country with its own opinion, and without fear expresses its position, even though the threat of condemnation from the EU countries. That is why the Finnish leadership is making every effort to ensure that exacerbate  situation with NATO's eastward expansion to be  soften.

Turkish edition of Today's Zaman writes today about  Turkey’s desire to strengthen trade relations with Iran after agreement on its nuclear program. After world powers signed a preliminary contract providing for the lifting of sanctions, Ankara is eyeing the possibility of increasing the volume of trade with Tehran.

This is a real opportunity for Turkish exports, which suffered greatly in the past ten years due to the imposed unilateral sanctions. Thus, the Middle East continues to move forward, joining together to achieve both economic and strategic objectives.
