Separatist project in Karabakh closed by Pashinyan's personal order - report

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan personally ordered the leaders of the liquidated fake regime, once created by Yerevan on the territory of Azerbaijan, to agree to all Baku's demands, in particular, to announce self-dissolution, the Hraparak newspaper reported, citing sources.

The report recalls that Yerevan denies the relevant accusations, clarifying that Pashinyan did not even know about the separatists’ decision to surrender, about future disarmament and the “decree” on the regime's self-liquidation.

The newspaper indicates that when Baku conveyed its demands to the separatists, the so-called “president” Samvel Shahramanyan held a telephone conversation with Nikol Pashinyan through head of Armenia's National Security Service Armen Abazyan. During this conversation, the Armenian PM called for immediate fulfillment of all Azerbaijan’s demands.

As for Pashinyan’s motives, according to the newspaper, he sought to prevent the fighting from spreading to the territory of Armenia.
