17 more Russian Paralympians appeal to IPC

17 more Russian Paralympians have sent letters to the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), asking to be allowed to participate in the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, a lawyer that represents the athletes Artem Patsev said.

"Yes, 17 more athletes have sent letters to the IPC. Athletes will receive the reply at the beginning of next week," he said.
