The attack in the Turkish city of Suruc was most likely committed by a suicide bomber, Suruc District Governor Abdullah Ciftci said.
Earlier, a member of the Turkish Parliament, Fikret Bila, said that the explosion of the cluster bomb was directed against Turkish Kurds, who were living in the center waiting to be sent to Syria to fight IS militants.
A huge explosion hit the city of Suruc, leaving over 25 dead and more than 100 people injured, NTV TV reports.
