An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.2 points on the Richter scale was registered 19 km south-west of Azerbaijan's Jalilabad at 11:01 am local time, the Republican Seismological Service Center of the Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) said.
The epicenter of the quake was located 28 km under the surface. Tremors were not felt, Trend reports.
