3000 residents of Kislovodsk are without central heating due to pipe leak

As a result of an accident with the heating pipes in Kislovodsk, 3000 local residents were left without central heating, the press service of the regional EMERCOM reports.

"As a result of a leak in a central heating pipe at the intersection of Liebknecht Street and Gubin Street, 17 high-rise buildings were left without heating. 1050 households have been cut off, accommodating 3150 people, including 820 children," Interfax reports.
