5-10% of Russians will not acquire coronavirus immunity both after illness or vaccination, the head of Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Popova said.
"The general knowledge in epidemiology and immunology allows us to assume that 5 to 10% of any population are not able to produce antibodies either after an illness or vaccination," she said.
