The investment project for the construction of a 5-star hotel is being implemented in Derbent, State Duma Deputy Khizri Abakarov told the details.
According to him, the creation of a new hotel will be carried out jointly with the state corporation "Tourism.RF".
The deputy emphasized that this hotel will have no analogues in the republic. It will have almost 190 rooms. Guests could visit two restaurants and a spa center there. The hotel will include a spacious landscaped area.
He clarified that the first guests would be able to check into the hotel in 2027. 260 people will be able to work at the tourist site.
