An anti-personnel mine was placed on a tree by the Armenian Armed Forces in the Khojavend region, the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action reported on Twitter.
The ministry recalled that the Armenian military, having lost on the battlefield, placed a lot of booby-traps.
In particular, a MON-100 antipersonnel mine was found on a tree in the Khojavend region. The scattering range of its lethal fragments reaches 100-160 m. Such mines are used for the massive destruction of manpower, the agency specified.
