Moscow is experiencing abnormally cold weather - the temperatures are 7 below average, the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia informs.
"For several days, in Moscow, the weather is abnormally cold. The average daily temperature on May 21 - 23 is 7 degrees below the climatic norm. And the daily temperature does not exceed + 10 °C," the Interfax quotes the agency.
According to weather forecasters, tomorrow, in Moscow and in the region, the day temperatures will creep up to +10…+ 12 °C.
