Access to The Telegraph website restricted in Russia

Russia's Federal Communications watchdog, Roskomnadzor has restricted access to an article on the website of the The Telegraph on the orders from the Russian Prosecutor General's Office, thus making the entire website of the British media outlet inaccessible in Russia.

The webpage was blocked on orders from the Russian Prosecutor General's Office dated April 22, consistent with Article 15.3 of the Law on Information, which regulates restriction of access to websites containing calls for mass unrest, extremism, or inaccurate socially significant information (so-called fakes).
