The supply of electricity has been cut off in three districts of Dagestan due to an accident, the republic's Ministry of Emergency Situations stated.
"On Monday at 12:55am an operational duty shift at the EMERCOM control center of crisis situations in Dagestan received information that a power outage took place in the Ahtynsky, Dokuzparinsky and Rutulsky Districts," Interfax cites the statement, posted by the service on the site.
