Accused of mass disorders in Crimea sign pre-trial agreement

According to the Prosecutor of Crimea, Natalia Poklonskaya, several of those accused of involvement in the organization of mass disorders on February 26th 2014 near the building of the Crimean Parliament, have made a ‘deal’ with prosecutors.

"Several of the accused concluded pre-trial agreements with the public prosecutor's office," Poklonskaya said.

A pre-trial agreement is signed when the accused fully admits his guilt and helps in solving the crime. In its turn, the Prosecutor's Office undertakes to offer a punishment which isn’t over a certain limit," Tass reports.
