Afghan authorities ready for dialogue with Taliban

Today Afghan President Ashraf Ghani said that the country will be ready for a dialogue on a peaceful settlement of the conflict with the Taliban only if the rebels cease attacking. 

"If the situation in which our children are killed doesn’t change, the dialogue will be stopped,’’ Interfax reports his words.
