The first vice president of Afghanistan, General Abdul Rashid Dostum, has asked Russia to help Afghanistan fight the terrorist group Islamic State.


According to him, IS is planning to commit terrorist acts on the territory of Afghanistan, Central Asia and Russia, so Moscow cannot ignore the threat posed by the terrorists. The first vice-president called on Russia to sent military equipment, aircrafts and helicopters to Afghanistan, RIA Novosti reports.
