Alexander Brod: Depriving terrorists of citizenship won't help

Depriving terrorists of citizenship not only won't help in the fight against extremist threat, but will also open a loophole deprive other groups of citizens, like the so-called "foreign agents," of citizenship, member of the Russian Presidential Council for Human Rights, Alexander Brod, said.

"I'm against amending the constitution. It would be better to respect all rights and obligations that are already in the current constitution," he noted.
